Due to the high heat, HOME WARMUPS BEGIN AT 5PM. Will shorten warmups to 30 minutes, with Cardinal Hill warming up from 5:30pm to 6:00pm. The MEET WILL STILL BEGIN AT 6PM. …
The dive judges clinic scheduled at 6pm tonight at Sleepy Hollow Bath has been canceled due to the weather. It will be rescheduled for next week; new date/time to be sent.

Congratulations to all of out divers who competed against Wakefield Chapel last night! While we didn't win, it was a hard fought meet and many of our divers scored well and placed great. I know once we get into our summer practices, we will be a formidable team!

The annual NVSL judge’s clinic is tomorrow, Tuesday June 10th at Chesterbrook at 6:30PM. If you are considering judging this year or just need a refresher, please come there are additional clinics at other pools, but nothing is easier than doing it here. The clinic should last 90 minutes…
