In exchange for your hard work, you'll be granted free annual membership and free guest passes to Chesterbrook, plus a seat on the board of directors (while you're the rep - not forever).  There are a lot of big decisions coming up (pave the parking lot or pay down our loan) that you'll get to be a part of.

Being the dive rep is a little work during the winter (paperwork for NVSL, scheduling B meets, hiring coaches) and a lot of work during the season.  Behind every email you get from me are spreadsheets, texts, and a fair amount of leg work.  It takes a lot to make a successful season, but (in my humble opinion, it's worth it).

We need to put forward our candidates for dive rep by August 16th so they can be available to the membership for to vote on during the general membership meeting.
