All, Thank you for submitting your divers and dives. Please find attached the Volunteer List and Estimated Event Timeline for Sunday to circulate to your families. I have tried to utilize everyone where I can and as equitably as possible. However - if I have inadvertently omitted your best tableworker or judge etc. or put someone during their kids event where I should not have, please let me know and I will adjust. 

Also - if something unexpected comes up and a volunteer cannot make it anymore please try and find an internal replacement. If you cannot - we will find one. PLEASE remind your families that the timeline is an ESTIMATE and that they should arrive at least 30 minutes before the WARM UP for the event to check-in, sign their meet sheet etc. 

It has been a pleasure working with everyone all year - lets finish strong! If you have any questions or concerns with the sheet please do not hesitate to contact me. I look forward to seeing everyone Sunday.
