Happy 4th of July week divers!

Tomorrow is our first AWAY meet of the year at Tuckahoe on Tuesday, July 1st.  Our warmups start at 5pm and the meet starts at 6pm.  Tuckahoe's address is 1814 Great Falls St, McLean, VA 22101.

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS - 2 TABLE WORKERS AND 2 JUDGES.  Please sign up in Swimtopia or email me.  Don't forget to stay after and try the high dive :-)

Other items of note:

- No B-Meet this week.

- No Dive Practice on Friday.

- The Crackerjack meet is in 2 weeks.  Talk to Coach Maddie about your eligibility if you want to dive.  More information to come.

- New this year: A Synchronized Dive meet at the end of the season.  Talk to Coach Maddie if you are interested, then find a partner and start practicing. More information to come.
