Happy first meet of the season day!  

I just wanted to send out a quick email about potential severe weather during the meet tonight.  For the moment, the forecast is calling for Thunderstorms around 6pm, right at the start of the meet.

In the event of severe weather, we will send out an alert on Swimtopia (download the app for immediate notificatons, though if you don't have the app you'll get an email).  

Our policy will be to try and wait it out (and then quickly complete the meet).  If it appears that will be impossible, we will do our best to reschedule.  

For today, I'm hopeful that if storms develop they will be brief, but keep watching this space for updates.
