First, a big thank you to everyone who helped make the Lollipop Meet a success, and an even bigger thank you to those that came to the judge's clinic on Thursday.  Once the bleachers faction and pavilion faction came together, it sounds like there was a great turnout.

First Meets Next Week!

The first dive meets (for real) are next week.  The A meet is at home on Tuesday, June 18, versus Dowden Terrace, a club we've never dived against.  All divers should talk to the coaches about whether they should come to the A meet or the B meet.  As it's a home meet, Chesterbrook divers warm up from 4 to 5 pm, then Dowden Terrace gets the pool from 5 to 6 pm, then the meet starts.

The B meet is at Donaldson Run on Thursday, June 20.  For the B meet divers, please arrive at 5 pm to warm up.  The meet will start at 6pm.

We need volunteers for BOTH meets!

Log in to Swimtopia, click on Meets and Events, and click on Job Signup for the meet your diver will be going to.  We need judges and table workers for both meets, and an announcer when we're at home.  Don't worry, we'll train you how to do the jobs (they're not that hard).  Please sign up early so I know when to start begging :-).

Morning Practices Start Friday

Yes!  Tomorrow!  Friday, June 14th is the first morning practice of the season.  Practice times are: 8 & Under: 8:00 AM – 8:45 AM, 9 and 10s: 8:45 AM – 9:45 AM, and 11 and up: 9:45 AM – 11:00 AM.  

If you cannot make the morning practices, we offer afternoon practice on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4 to 5pm for all ages.  If you're planning to take advantage of the afternoon practices, please let the coaches know so we have a rough idea how many kids to expect.
